How Realty Films Works
Realty Films creates short property films from existing photos. We may create a preview before you order. There is no obligation to buy it.
Previews & Purchase
Preview films are for evaluation only and may not be published or used commercially before purchase. After payment, you receive the final film and may use it for your property marketing, including websites, listings, social media, and advertising.
Because you can review the film before buying, purchases are generally final once the final version has been delivered. Unclaimed previews may be removed after 30 days.
Photos & Content
If you provide photos or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to use them and allow us to use them to create your film.
Our films may use AI and automated production tools. Some movement, lighting, details, or surroundings may be generated or enhanced and may not exactly represent the physical property. You are responsible for reviewing the final film before publishing it and making sure it accurately represents your property.
Music
We use music intended to be copyright-safe for publishing. Third-party platforms may still make automated copyright claims or apply their own rules.
Liability
Realty Films is not responsible for indirect losses, platform decisions, or claims caused by materials supplied by the customer. Our total liability related to a purchased film will not exceed the amount paid for that film.
